By ordering goods from TinyGemz you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms. Changes to Terms and Conditions
TinyGemz reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement and other policies contained within our website. We agree to provide reasonable notification of any changes and recommend that customers visit and review our policy areas on a regular basis.
Delivery
All Personalised orders will be despatched within 4 working days, Next Day Delivery Gifts..Orders placed before 10am will be despatched the same day, Orders placed after 10am will be despatched next business day. Orders will be despatched by Royal Mail 1st class 24 Hour Business Service.
Site Access
You will be able to access the majority of this Website without having to register any details with us. (However, particular areas of this Website will only be accessible only if you have registered)
Use of Website
You are permitted to use our website for your own purposes and to print and download material from this Website provided that you do not modify any content without our consent. Material on this website must not be republished online or offline without our permission.
The copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this Website are owned by us or our licensors and must not be reproduced without our prior consent.
No part of this Website may be reproduced without our prior written permission.
Payments and Security
We do not disclose your email address nor do we sell it or make it available to any third party however, we may from time to time contact you for marketing purposes by email, mail with relevant offers from TinyGemz. If you would rather not receive these offers please contact us at Sales@TinyGemz.com and we will remove you from our mailing list.
We do not store or have access to any debit or credit card details on the TinyGemz website. All online transactions are executed by Realex, a secure third-party online transaction service provider. Their privacy statement can be viewed at www.realexpayments.co.uk
Any payment transactions will be encrypted using secure sockets layer (SSL) technology.
We can also take card payments over the phone if you prefer. Contact us on 01635 872385 or 07788418975 and we can take the details of your credit card for payment. We do not accept cheques or cash.
Acceptance of order
The contract in respect of the products supplied by us to you comes into presence when your order has been accepted by us. For the avoidance of doubt, receipt of an order via our site does not constitute acceptance of an order.
Rights To Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order with us at any time before the expiry of 7 days from the date of delivery. If your order has been processed we are unable to cancel it here you may still cancel the order however the cost of returning the items will be at your expense. Please note all stock items are usually despatched within 24 hours. Personalised items for obvious reasons are non refundable with the exception of faulty goods.
Wrong Delivery Address Inputted
If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, TinyGemz cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.
Hassle-Free Returns (Non Personalised)
You may of course return any items purchased from TinyGemz (Excluding personalised items made to order) within 14 days of the purchase date. To do this please send an email to Sales@TinyGemz.com enter your Name, Full Address, Postcode and your order number we will then send you an RMA Number by return. All goods must be unused and in their original packaging, orders returned without following this procedure may not be refunded. Returns costs are at your expense.
Hassle-Free Returns (Personalised Items)
Personalised items can only be returned if faulty or miss spelt and the original spelling on the customers order is correct. Should this happen Please contact us at Sales@Tinygemz.com with your reason for return, Name, Address, and Order Number. We will endeavour to contact you to arrange your return. Postage for returns in the instance of faults of miss spelling by TinyGemz will of course be covered by TinyGemz. All goods must be unused and in their original packaging, orders returned without following this procedure may not be refunded.
